摘 要:针对蚕丝精练废水中含有大量丝胶,导致废水化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)高,处理难度大、无法回用的问题,采用絮凝-吸附法处理蚕丝精练废水,并将处理后废水回用于蚕丝精练。结果表明,聚合氯化铝/阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAC/CPAM)复配絮凝后再用沸石粉吸附处理蚕丝精练废水,丝胶去除率可达72%,COD去除率达到77%。处理后的水用于蚕丝精练,复合精练剂用量在3 g/L时,练减率为25%,30 min毛细效应为13 cm,白度可达84%,性能指标均达到蚕丝精练要求。To handle the problem that silk degumming wastewater contains a large amount of sericin,which leads to high chemical oxygen demand(COD),difficulty in disposal and lack of recyclability,the flocculation-adsorption method was adopted in this research for silk degumming wastewater treatment,and therefore the treated wastewater was reused in silk degumming.The results indicated that the removal rate of sericin could reach 72%while the removal rate of COD was 77%in the condition that the wastewater was treated with the poly aluminum chloride and cationic polyacrylamides(PAC/CPAM)complex flocculation and zeolite powder adsorption methods.The treated water was used for silk degumming.When the compound scouring agent dosage reached 3 g/L,the degumming loss percentage was 25%,capillary effect was 13 cm in 30 min,and whiteness was up to 84%.All the performance indexes met the requirements of silk degumming.
