摘　　要：预制梁作为预制构件中的重要组成部分,其具有对现场劳动力需求小、施工安全、机械化程度高、施工效率高、成品质量好等特点。现在很多市政公路及靠近城镇的公路因为征地拆迁等问题,很难额外批复用地兴建一个较大的预制场或者必须在路基上修建预制场。结合湛江大道一标段三项目的应用实例,阐述一种可调节预制梁台座以提高台座利用率,解决不同梁长的预制梁预制问题以及正交、斜交梁同台座预制问题。As an important part of precast components,precast beams have the characteristics of small demand for on-site labor,construction safety,high degree of mechanization,high construction efficiency and good quality of finished products.At present,many municipal roads and roads close to cities and towns are difficult to approve additional land for the construction of a large precast yard or must build a precast yard on the subgrade because of land acquisition and demolition.Combined with the application example of the third project of the first bid section of Zhanjiang Avenue,this paper expounds a kind of adjustable precast beam pedestal to improve the utilization rate of the pedestal,solve the precast problems of beams with different beam lengths and the orthogonal and skew beams on the same pedestal.
