摘　　要：步行作为一种健康、低碳的出行方式,如今更加受到大众的重视。分布在居住区周边的公共服务设施与居民生活息息相关,也是人们步行出行的主要目的地之一,其种类、数量和空间位置布局影响着人们对出行方式的选择。本文通过采用步行指数算法,评价沈阳市铁西区公共服务设施的可步行性,以及区域内分布情况。研究结果表明:铁西区公共服务设施可步行性水平整体较高,空间分布不均衡,呈现东高西低的特点,主要位于老工业基地铁西区内,各项公共服务设施的配置种类与数量及位置布局基本满足了小区居民日常步行出行的需求。铁西区经济开发区可步行性沿沈辽路分布,整个区域内可步行性程度主要受交通因素影响。Walking,as a healthy,low-carbon way of travel,now has attracted more attention of the public.Public service facilities distributed around residential areas are closely related to residents’ lives and are also one of the main destinations for people to travel on foot.Therefore,their types,quantity and spatial layout planning affect peoples’ choice of travel modes.This paper evaluates the walkability and distribution of public service facilities in Tiexi district of Shenyang by using the walking index algorithm.The results show that the walkability level of public service facilities in Tiexi district is generally high,and the spatial distribution is uneven,which is high in the east and low in the west.The public service facilities are mainly located in the old industrial base of Tiexi district.The configuration types,quantity and location layout of public service facilities basically could meet the daily walking needs of the residents in the communities.The walkability of Tiexi Economic Development Zone is distributed along Shenliao road,and the degree of walkability in the whole area is obviously affected by traffic.
