输尿管支架管完全置入与输尿管支架管相关症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究输尿管支架管完全置入法对患者术后输尿管支架管相关症状和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院行输尿管软镜手术前输尿管支架管置入的60例患者,其中30例为输尿管常规置入组,30例为输尿管支架管完全置入组。分析两组术后的血尿、腰痛、尿痛、膀胱过度活动症评分问卷表(OABSS)评分、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量(QOL)评分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分的差异。结果完全置入组的OABSS、IPSS、Q0L评分明显低于常规置入组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的血尿、腰痛、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管支架管完全置入输尿管内可以明显减轻患者输尿管支架管相关症状和改善患者的Q0L,从而增加患者对安置输尿管支架管的耐受性,临床工作中可考虑使用该方法。Objective To study the effect of complete ureteral stent placement on the symptoms and quality of life of patients with ureteral stent after operation.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,60 cases of ureteral stent placement before flexible ureteroscopy in our department,including 30 cases of conventional ureteral placement,30 cases of complete intraureteral stent placement were selected.The difference of hematuria,lumbago,urodynia,OABSS,TPSS,QOL,SF-36 score were analyzed between the two groups.Results The score of OABSS,IPSS and QOL scpre in complete intraureteral stent placement group were less than conventional ureteral placement(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of hematuria,lumbago and SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Complete intraureteral stent placement can significantly reduce the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with ureteral stent,so as to increase the tolerance of patients with ureteral stent placement.This method can be considered in clinical work.
