摘 要:油气井套管磨损问题是影响油气田正常安全生产和油气田公司经济效益的重要因素之一,预防套管磨损的关键点在于清楚套管磨损机理,准确预测全井段套管磨损量分布,从而提出减轻或预防套管磨损的措施。文章首先开展了不同转速、磨损时间和接触力下的磨损失重量、磨损深度、磨损体积等磨损试验,得出了磨损试验规律:套管磨损量与转速、磨损时间和接触力分别呈线性关系。在此基础上建立了基于实际井眼轨迹的全井段套管磨损预测数学模型及剩余强度评价模型;最后结合油田实际案例对套管磨损后的剩余强度和应力进行了评价与分析,为高温高压深井套管磨损模型的建立和套管磨损后剩余强度评价提供了依据和参考。Casing wear problem has become an important factor affecting the safety of oil and gas production and restricting the benefits of oil and gas exploration and development.The key to preventing casing wear is to understand the mechanism of casing wear and accurately predict the distribution of casing wear in the whole well section,so as to put forward measures to reduce or prevent casing wear.Firstly,wear tests of weight loss,wear depth and wear volume under different rotational speed,wear time and contact force are carried out,and the wear test rules are analyzed and obtained:the casing wear quantity has a linear relationship with rotational speed,wear time and contract force.On this basis,the prediction mathematical model and residual strength evaluation model of casing wear in the whole well section are established based on the actual well trajectory.Finally,the residual strength and stress after casing wear are evaluated and analyzed as per the actual case of oil field,which provides a basis and reference for the establishment of casing wear model and residual strength evaluation of casing wear in high temperature and high pressure deep wells.
