摘 要:近年来东海海域通过滚动勘探获得一些边际油气田,依靠海上已有生产设施实施超深大斜度井开发成为实现边际油气田低成本开发的有效途径。超深大斜度井稳斜角大、稳斜段长,钻井过程中岩屑在井筒中易堆积形成岩屑床,导致摩阻增大、起下钻困难甚至卡钻等井下复杂情况,井眼清洁是确保超深大斜度井钻井工程作业安全与高效的关键技术之一。文章通过应用当量循环密度控制、摩阻扭矩随钻监测、岩屑床清除钻杆等技术,配合合理的工程参数与措施,实现了钻井液的高效携岩,有效清除岩屑床,突破了超深大斜度井携带岩屑困难的技术瓶颈。该技术的应用,解决了东海超深大斜度井井眼清洁技术难题,提高了钻井过程中的携岩效果,减少了清洁井眼辅助时间,保障了作业安全,为边际油气田的超深大斜度井开发提供了参考。In recent years,some marginal oil and gas fields have been discovered through progressive exploration in the East China Sea.Relying on the existing production facilities to implement ultra-deep and highly deviated wells have become an effective way to achieve low-cost development for marginal oil fields.Ultra-deep and highly deviated wells generally have high inclination angle and long stable oblique section,in the drilling process the cuttings are easily accumulated in the well to form the cuttings bed,which leads to the complicated conditions such as the increase of the friction resistance,difficult in tripping in and out,and even sticking.Therefore,the hole cleaning is one of the key technologies to realize the safety and efficiency in the drilling engineering of the ultra-deep and highly deviated wells.The ECD control technology,friction and torque monitoring while drilling technology,cuttings bed effective cleaning drill pipe,reasonable engineering parameters and measures are adopted to realize the high efficient carrying of drilling fluid and effectively remove the cuttings bed,leading to break through the technical bottleneck of the cuttings carrying in ultra-deep and highly deviated wells.The application of these technologies solves the technical problems of hole cleaning in ultra-deep and highly deviated wells in the East China Sea,improves the effect of rock carrying in the drilling process and reduces the auxiliary cleaning time,providing experience for the development of the ultra-deep and highly deviated wells in the marginal oil and gas fields.
