摘  要:射流式脉冲短节是射流式水力振荡器主要部件,射流式脉冲短节设计对射流式水力振荡器研制具有重要意义。文章针对射流式脉冲短节结构与工作原理,建立了活塞杆力学分析模型,推导了射流式脉冲短节动阻比公式,进行了122 mm射流式脉冲短节结构参数设计室内测试。研究结果表明,活塞杆下冲程受到射流元件驱动力和节流盘负载驱动双重作用,可以稳定下行;活塞杆上冲程射流元件驱动力与节流盘负载作用力方向相反,射流驱动力需要大于节流盘负载阻力才能稳定上行;通过优化活塞杆与节流盘结构参数,122 mm射流式脉冲短节在射流喷速50 m/s下即可稳定工作,脉冲幅值提高1~3 MPa,工具压降保持在3 MPa以内。The jet pulse assembly is the main component of the jet-type hydrodynamic oscillator.The design of jet-type pulsejet pulse assembly is of great significance for the development of the oscillator.According to the structure and working principle of jet pulse assembly,this paper establishes the mechanical analysis model of piston rods,the formula of jet pulse assembly dynamic resistance ratio is deduced,and the structural parameters of 122 mm jet pulse assembly were tested in laboratory.The research results show that the downstroke of the piston rod is driven by the driving force of the jet element and the load of the throttle disc,which can stabilize the downward movement.The driving force of the jet element on the piston rod is opposite to the load force of the throttle disc.The jet driving force needs to be larger than the load resistance of the throttle disc in order to be stable upward.By optimizing the structural parameters of the piston rod and the throttle disc,the 122 mm jet pulsed assembly can work stably at a jet velocity of 50 m/s,the pulse amplitude has been increased by 1~3 MPa,and the tool pressure drop is maintained within 3 MPa.
