摘 要:普光气田根据井身结构、产出流体性质和生产需要,采用永久式封隔器完井管柱。完井封隔器采用Inconel 718材料,该材料较难磨铣。2017年,自主研发的高效磨鞋在普光D405-3井开展永久式封隔器磨铣试验,累计磨铣24 h,累计进尺0.73 m。为了提高永久式封隔器的磨铣效率,通过有限元模拟与室内评价结合的方法对磨鞋结构进行优化;应用ABAQUS软件建立刀具二维模型,模拟计算了5种不同角度刀具在切削时的受力状况,得出了切削前角与切削受力的变化规律。根据模拟结果,试制了3种不同角度刀具的磨鞋进行室内磨铣性能评价,刀具前角为5°的磨铣工具磨铣速率较高、磨铣碎屑易返排。优化改进后的磨鞋在普光某井进行封隔器磨铣现场试验,试验结果表明,磨铣5.5 h,累计进尺0.857 m,磨铣效率从0.043 m/h提高至0.385 m/h,为套铣打捞永久式封隔器奠定了基础。In Puguang gas field,permanent packer is used as the completion string according to well bore structure,produced fluid properties and production needs.The completion packer is made of Inconel 718,which is difficult to be milled.In 2017,the self-developed high-efficiency grinding shoes have been used to perform the permanent packer milling test in Puguang Well D405-3,with a total milling time of 24 h and a cumulative milling depth of 0.73 m.In order to improve the milling efficiency of permanent packer,the structure of grinding shoe was optimized by combining finite element simulation with indoor evaluation.Using ABAQUS software,the two-dimensional model of cutting tool is established,and the force condition of five kinds of cutting tools with different angles is simulated and calculated,and the change law of cutting rake angle and cutting force is obtained.According to the simulation results,three kinds of grinding shoes with different cutting angles were manufactured for indoor grinding and milling performance evaluation.The milling tool with 5°rake angle has higher milling speed and milling debris is easy to be flowed back.The optimized and improved grinding shoe was tested in a well in Puguang.The milling time was 5.5 h,the cumulative footage was 0.857 m,and the milling efficiency was increased from 0.043 m/h to 0.385 m/h,which laid a foundation for milling and fishing permanent packer.
