摘  要:PZ4-2D井为川西海相雷口坡组的一口超深大斜度井,井深6573.77 m,最大井斜79.89°,该井采用88.9 mm×9.52 mm+88.9 mm×6.45 mm组合油管带封隔器进行测试,测试后管柱遇卡无法起出,被迫在斜井段进行管柱切割。由于管柱内径上小下大且在大斜度井段作业,聚能切割弹尺寸不匹配导致弹片不居中,切割效率低、切割不完整,经三次切割后无法顺利起出管柱。为了保障该井管柱的顺利起出和后续作业,有效控制切割段深度和提高切割效率,提出了“电缆送放+电力机械切割”的新型电缆机械切割技术,该技术依靠电缆信号实现锚定装置和切割装置驱动,切割点位置准确、作业快速、全程可视化,在PZ4-2D井井深5519.5 m处一次性成功完成管柱切割,切割后管柱顺利出井。该技术是在中石化的首次应用,为后期类似超深井修井作业提供了新手段。Well PZ4-2D is an ultra-deep and highly deviated well in Marine Leikoupo Formation in western Sichuan with a depth of 6573.77m and a maximum deviation of 79.89°.The well was tested with a combined tubing with packer of 88.9 mm×9.52 mm+88.9 mm×6.45 mm.After the test,the string was stuck and could not be pulled out,forcing string cutting in the deviated section.Because the inner diameter of the pipe string is small at the top and large at the bottom,and the operation was performed in a highly deviated well section.The size of the shaped charge cutting projectile did not match,leading to the off-centralizing shrapnel with low cutting efficiency and incomplete cutting.And the pipe string cannot be pulled out successfully after three times of cutting.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the string tripping out and subsequent operations,effectively control the cutting depth and improve the efficiency of cutting,the project put forward a new cable mechanical cutting technology of"cable put+power mechanical cutting".The technology relies on cable signal to drive the anchoring device and cutting device driver with accurate cutting point location,fast operation and visualization all the way.Bu using this technology,the string cutting was successfully completed in Well PZ4-2D at a depth of 5519.5 m,and the string was successfully pulled out of the well after cutting,which was the first application in Sinopec,providing a new means for similar ultra-deep well workover operations in the later period.
