摘 要:为提高单井产能,实现高效开发,阿姆河右岸B区块采用大斜度井和水平井钻井。但该区块地质条件复杂,储层压力高、气藏埋藏深、盖层盐膏层厚,存在次生气藏和高压盐水层,大斜度井和水平井的钻井难度大,对钻井液性能和井眼轨迹控制均提出更高要求,需要针对巨厚盐膏层大斜度井定向井段进行优化设计,降低施工风险。文章构建了目标区块钻井的岩盐蠕变模型,计算出了安全钻进时间和钻井液密度,优化了钻井液性能及体系,同时,综合考虑目标气藏埋深、盐膏层稳定性和造斜工具能力,优化了盐膏层大斜度井水平段段长、井眼轨迹和井身结构,确定了盐膏层中上盐层造斜的方案。In order to increase productivity and achieve efficient development of each well,highly-deviated and horizontal wells were drilled in Block B at the Right Bank of Amu Darya.In the target block,the geological conditions are complex,the reservoir pressure is high,the gas reservoir is deep,the salt-gypsum layer is thick,and there are secondary-filled gas reservoirs and high-pressure salt water layers,so it is with great difficult in drilling operations,higher requirements are put forward for the performance of drilling fluid and the well trajectory control.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the design for the directional section of highly-deviated well with huge thickness salt-gypsum layer to reduce the construction risk.The creep model of rock salt was developed,the safe drilling time and drilling fluid density were calculated,drilling fluid system performance was optimized.At the same time,comprehensive consideration of target reservoir burial depth,salt-gypsum layer stability and build-up tool ability,the directional section length,the wellbore trajectory and structure of highly-deviated well with huge thickness salt-gypsum layer had been optimized,and the buildup scheme of the upper salt-gypsum layers was determined.
