摘 要:传统的气液计量方法是采用分离器,利用多相流体中各相的密度差异,通过物理方法将气液进行分离,之后通过单相仪器仪表和计量罐进行计量,设备质量和体积较大,综合成本高,安装周期长。为解决页岩气排采中的两相流计量难题,文章提出一种非分离式的计量技术,核心特征是将文丘里与电容层析成像技术相结合,配合深度学习算法,对两相流量进行精确计量并实时显示管道内流体流动状态,应用此技术开发的两相流量计在页岩气测试现场进行了现场试验,结果表明,文章所采用的非分离式计量技术,针对不同试验井况,测试结果稳定,计量精度较高,适用于页岩气排采的整个周期,基于电容层析成像技术的井口流动状态可视化能准确反映管道内流态,为气田科学生产提供实时单井数据支持。同时,气液两相流量计具有操作简单、维护方便、成本低廉、无人值守的特点,能够简化设备和工艺管线,符合页岩气低成本高效开发的初衷。The traditional practice of metering gas and liquid in well testing is to use the testing separator to separate gas and liquid by the application of density differential between different phases in well bore flows,and then use single phase instrument and metering tank to meter gas and liquid.Such equipment is heavy,large and costly,and need a lot of time to rig-up.To solve the two phase metering difficulty in shale gas well testing,a kind of metering technology without gas/liquid separating is proposed,which features the combination of Venturi principle,Electrical Capacitance Tomography and deep learning,to accurately meter gas and liquid,and display in real-time flowing conditions in pipeline.This two phase metering technology has been field applied in shale gas well testing,and the testing results show that:under different testing conditions,the non-separating metering technology has shown reliable testing results and good metering accuracy,and is applicable to the whole period of shale gas well testing,and the visual display technology based on Electrical Capacitance Tomography can accurately display the inner pipeline flowing conditions,and provide real-time single well data for gas field scientific production.Meanwhile,gas/liquid two-phase flow meter has advantages of simple operation and easy maintenance,low cost and unattended operation,which will support the simplification of testing equipment and pipeline and conform to the principle of low-cost and high efficient exploration of shale gas.
