摘  要:为了解决连续油管在长水平井段因螺旋变形而自锁无法下至预定深度的问题,利用弹簧蓄能和齿形交错结构,研制了一种扭转式机械振荡器并分析了其结构及工作原理。基于冲击动力学理论建立了工具冲击载荷的计算模型,结合管柱的螺旋屈曲摩阻模型,计算了不同管柱结构下连续油管在水平段的极限推进深度,最后开展了页岩气井的现场试验。计算结果表明,安装扭转式机械振荡器后,同工况下推进深度相对光管柱提高了94.7%,相对安装水力振荡器的管柱提高了78.1%,极限推进深度可达2700 m以上。现场应用验证了连续油管极限推进深度理论计算的准确可靠性,并且表明该工具设计合理,可极大降低管柱间的摩擦力,有效解决连续油管在长水平井段的自锁问题,增加其在水平井段的推进深度。The coiled tubing is often self-locked due to spiral deformation when it is used in the long horizontal interval,then it cannot reach the predetermined position.Based on the spring energy storage and tooth staggered structure,a kind of torsional mechanical oscillator was designed,and its structure and working principle was analyzed.The calculation model of impact load was established by using the theory of impact dynamics,and the extreme advancing depth of different structure in the same working condition were calculated respectively combined with the helical buckling friction model.Finally,the field application in shale gas wells was carried out.The calculation results show that the extreme advancing depth of the mechanical oscillator can reach more than 2700 m,which is increased by 94.7%compared with the smooth pipe and increased by 78.1%compared with the hydraulic oscillator.The field application verifies the accuracy and reliability of the theoretical calculation of the extreme advancing depth,and shows that the tool can greatly reduce the friction between the tubing strings,effectively solves the problem of self-locking of coiled tubing in long horizontal well sections,and increases its depth of advancement in horizontal well sections.
