摘　　要：随着过程控制为主到结果导向的转变,结果链模型已逐渐成为绩效考核管理中的重要理论框架。通过梳理结果链模型在深化医改考核中应用的层次脉络,可以充分了解这一考核评价工具的优缺点及应用价值,对深化医药卫生体制考核指标体系的框架搭建进行理论研究,为政府深化医改评估工作提供科学性、系统性和导向性良好的医改评估框架和指标体系,强化长期影响的效应。Transiting from process control,the result-oriented result-chain model has gradually become an important theoretical framework for performance appraisal management.By sorting out the application of the result-chain model in deepening medical reform assessment,advantages and disadvantages of the assessment and its application value can be fully understood.Conducting theoretical research on the framework for continuing the healthcare system assessment indicator system provides a scientific,systematic and well-oriented medical reform evaluation framework and indicator system for the government to deepen the medical reform assessment and strengthens long-term impact.
