新形势下加强公立医院意识形态工作探析

摘　　要：加强意识形态工作是公立医院加强党的建设的必然要求,是推进医院管理的现实需要,是回应社会关切的重要举措。这就要求公立医院在新时代全民健康大背景下,牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权、主动权。当前,公立医院在意识形态工作中存在思想认识不到位、工作机制不健全、教育宣传质量不高、阵地管理不完善、队伍工作水平不高等不足。针对这些不足,文章提出加强公立医院意识形态工作的5个着力点:加强组织领导、健全工作机制、提升教育宣传质效、完善阵地管理、打造跨专业队伍。Intensifying ideological work is not only necessary for strengthening public hospital’s Party building,but also practical for hospital management.It is an important measure for answering concerns of society.It is so significant that the public hospitals should firmly hold the leadership and initiative of the ideological work under the circumstances of health for all in the new era.At present,the shortcomings of public hospital’s ideological work can be summarized as insufficient ideological understanding,unsound mechanism,poor quality of education and publicity,incomplete field management,inadequate staff’s work.To solve these problems,this paper throws out five countermeasures:enhancing the leadership of ideological work;completing relative mechanism;improving the quality of education and publicity;improving field management and building an interdisciplinary team.
