人文关怀视角下公立医院纪检监察实践探析

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀视角下公立医院纪检监察工作的开展路径。方法分析当前公立医院人文纪检工作面临的共性与个性问题,结合江苏省苏北人民医院的工作实践,进行系统分析和客观研究。结果通过坚持在"立体式"监督执纪、落实"暖心式"信访、开展"沉浸式"宣教这3项工作中进行创新探索,促进纪检监察工作取得更大成效。结论人文关怀视角下做好公立医院纪检监察工作的开展路径可包括:通过构建大监督模式、落实蹲点式谈心谈话实现"立体式"监督执纪;通过建立一站式服务窗口、强化责任源头治理实现"暖心式"信访;通过增强内容的现实性和方法的体验性实现"沉浸式"宣教。Objective To explore the development path of discipline inspection and supervision of public hospitals from the perspective of humanistic care.Methods This paper analyzed the common and individual problems facing public hospitals in discipline inspection and supervision,and carried out systematic analysis and objective study in combination with the working practices of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital.Results Through continuous innovation and exploration made in our efforts to supervise discipline-enforcement "in an all-round way",address complaints "in an heartwarming manner" and promote publicity and education "with immersive engagement",greater progress was made in discipline inspection and supervision.Conclusion The discipline inspection and supervision of public hospitals from the perspective of humanistic care can be conducted in the following ways:establishing a mode of extensive supervision and carrying out on-spot talks to ensure discipline-enforcement is conducted in an all-round way,putting in place one-stop service windows and improve the conduct of the ultimate responsible bodies to ensure complaints are addressed in an heartwarming manner and enhancing the reality of the content and improving the practicability of the publicity methods to ensure publicity and education with immersive engagement.
