摘  要:多年来民航广州医院在不同发展阶段进行了多模式的实践探索,最终选择了成建制移交三甲公立医院的方式完成改制改革,在当前深化医改的形势下,采取了人员统一化管理、学科同质化建设、优势差异化发展、营造文化契合点等举措,定位世界一流的应急医学中心战略,民航院区进行了高水平建设、高质量发展,取得了较理想的成效,同时也存在着人员思想不稳定、体制形式有待磨合、运行机制不适应性等问题亟待解决。本文将围绕民航医院改革改制路径实践,对其因地制宜地进行高起点高水平建设的战略抉择进行研究,以期提供一定的借鉴意义。For many years,Guangzhou Civil Aviation Hospital has carried out multi-mode exploration at different stages of development.Finally,it chose to complete the reform by transferring the established system to the top-three public hospital.Under the current situation of deepening the medical reform,it has adopted measures such as unified staff management,homogeneous discipline construction,differentiated development of strengths,and cultural integration.Strategically positioning as a world-class emergency medical center,the Civil Aviation Hospital has carried out high-level construction and development,and has achieved satisfactory results.Meanwhile,there are also urgent problems to be solved,such as unstable mind of personnel,the institutional form to be run in,and the inadaptability of operating mechanisms.This paper will focus on the reform approach of the Civil Aviation Hospital,and study its construction strategies which is from a high starting point,at a high level,and in accordance with local conditions,in order to provide a certain reference.
