摘　　要：目的尝试在手术室设备管理中应用物联网新技术,建设物联网设备管理系统,提升手术室设备管理水平。方法以手术室腔镜设备为例,应用最新非介入式物联网射频识别传感器采集设备工作状态信息传输给物联网设备管理系统,通过模式智能识别,自动计算某一时段各台设备开关机次数、工作时长、使用率和单次使用成本等数据。结果建立的物联网设备管理系统为手术室设备配置、工作调度、成本效益分析等设备管理工作提供准确的依据,使得设备资源调配和折旧成本分摊更合理。结论通过物联网新技术在手术室设备管理的应用有助于提高手术室设备的精细化管理水平,提升医院设备管理质量和管理效率。Objective To try to apply new Internet of Things technology to the equipment management in operating rooms,construct the equipment management system of the Internet of Things and improve the management of the equipment in operating rooms.Methods The endoscope equipment in operating rooms was used for the trial.The latest non-intrusive Internet of Things radio frequency identification sensor was used to collect the working state information of the equipment and transmit it to the equipment management system of the Internet of Things.Through the pattern intelligent recognition,the data such as the times of power on/off of the equipment,working hours,utilization rate and the cost of each equipment in a single use in a certain period were calculated automatically.Results The employment of Internet of Things equipment management system provide accurate basis for operating room equipment configuration,work scheduling,cost-benefit analysis and other equipment management work was effective in reaching the high-level reasonability of equipment resource allocation and depreciation cost allocation.Conclusion The application of new Internet of Things technology in the equipment management of operating rooms can help to improve the level of refined management of operating room equipment and improve the quality and efficiency of hospital equipment management.
