摘　　要：近年来,国内时有发生的伤医事件令社会不安。加大防控和严厉惩处是一个方面,但真正需要做的是预防其发生,功在事前则事半功倍。本文基于病案、心理和行为等医疗数据的运用,思考运用数据分析的方法进行预测预知,扭转事中处置和事后补救的被动工作态势,努力实现伤医事件从"零容忍"变为"零发生"。In recent years the incidence of attacking medical staffs has been socially disturbing.It is of importance to control and severely punish the criminals,but on the other hand,it is crucial to prevent the crimes from happening.By doing so,preventive measures could be more effective with less efforts.Based on the use of medical records,psychological and behavioral data,this article explored the use of data analysis to predict and prevent the incidents,aiming to reverse the passive status in managing and remediation afterwards and to shift ‘zero tolerance’ for violence against medical staffs to ‘zero happening’.
