基于CiteSpace的国内新冠肺炎护理研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解我国新冠肺炎护理相关的研究现状,为突发传染病的护理研究提供思路及方向。方法以主题词检索中国知网有关新冠肺炎护理的文献,通过阅读题目摘要排除不相关文献后,运用CiteSpace软件对作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析,并对文献类型、期刊种类进行人工分类编码做描述性分析。结果共纳入675篇文献,其中经验总结类文献占43.26%;中文核心期刊和中国科技论文统计源期刊文献占42.94%;发文量≥5篇的作者有26位;发文量≥2篇的研究机构有86个;对关键词进行聚类分析,形成8个关键词聚类标签,分别是心理、护理管理、感染防控、疫情、隔离病房、居家护理、方舱医院、急性呼吸窘迫综合征。结论目前国内新冠肺炎护理研究文献类型多样,以经验总结为主。尚未形成核心作者和作者群,机构间合作还有待加强。从关键词聚类标签来看,目前研究主题涉及面广泛,聚焦心理、护理管理、感染防控等。Objective To investigate the status quo of COVID-19 nursing research in China so as to provide research ideas and directions for nursing in the outbreak of infectious disease.Methods Studies related to nursing research of COVID-19 were obtained through searching the database of CNKI by the theme.After excluding the unrelated studies through reading their titles and abstracts,a visualized analysis was done by Citespace according to the authors,institutions and keywords of the included studies.Manual classification and coding were done for a descriptive analysis of literature types and journal types.Results A total of 675 articles were included.Among them,43.26% were in the category of experience summary,and 42.94% from Chinese core journals and Chinese scientific and technical paper statistics source journals;26 authors had publications of ≥5 papers.86 research institutions had publications of ≥2 papers.Eight keyword clustering labels were formed:psychology,nursing management,infection prevention and control,epidemic situation,isolation ward,home care,mobile cabin hospital,acute respiratory distress syndrome.Conclusion The current nursing researches on COVID-19 are diverse in type and dominated by experience summaries.There are no core authors and author groups yet,and the cooperation among institutions needs to be enhanced.In terms of keyword clustering tags,current research covers a wide range of topics on psychology,nursing management,infection prevention and control.
