摘　　要：医疗机构感染防控是医疗质量的重要保障。信息技术应用为医疗机构感染防控的高效便利提供了重要工具。各级医疗机构感染监测的指标如何实现同质化,实现从信息系统过程数据中直接提取数据,并通过组合计算出定义明确的监测结果,迫切需要出台相关规定。历经多轮多方面征求意见,不断完善标准内容,于2021年4月国家卫生健康委正式发布了强制性卫生行业标准《医疗机构感染监测基本数据集》(WS 670-2021),从而可以实现医疗机构内、区域医疗机构甚至全国医疗机构之间的医疗机构感染监测数据比较。本文将从标准的起草背景、起草目的、起草依据和标准内容及实施建议等方面进行解读,以帮助医疗机构相关人员提高对标准的理解和认知,推动标准的正确贯彻与落实。Infection prevention and control in medical institutions is an important guarantee of medical quality.The application of information technology provides an important tool for the prevention and control of infection in medical institutions.It is urgent to issue relevant regulations to achieve homogeneity of infection monitoring indicators in medical institutions at all levels,extract data directly from the process data of information system,and calculate the well-defined monitoring results through combination.In April 2021,the National Health Commission officially released the compulsory health industry standard"Basic dataset of healthcare-associated infection surveillance"(WS 670-2021)after making great efforts in seeking advice and constantly completing contents of the standard,which can realize the data comparison of infection monitoring in medical institutions,regional medical institutions and even national medical institutions.This article will interpret the background,purposes,bases,content and implementation suggestions of the standard so as to help relevant personnel of medical institutions improve their understanding and cognition of the standard and promote the correct implementation of the standard.
