摘 要:髋关节置换已经成为现阶段解决骨关节疾病、创伤的重要手段。随着材料学和髋关节假体制备技术的进展,使得更多类型髋关节假体成为了可能。由于现有的材料及工艺的限制,界面由不同材质制备的假体各有其优缺点。不过绝大多数金属合金制造的假体,均有金属离子释放的可能,其中金属离子的释放对人体局部和全身的影响是一个非常值得关注的问题。因此,本文从髋关节假体释放的金属离子的来源及影响释放的因素着手,回顾其对人体局部和全身的影响及其可能产生的短、中、长期并发症,以期对后续的治疗及临床观察提供全面、有效的依据。Hip replacement has become an important means to solve bone and joint diseases and trauma at the current stage.With progress made in materials science and hip prosthesis preparation technology,more types of hip prostheses have become possible.Due to the limitations of existing materials and processes,prostheses with interfaces made of different materials have their own strengths and weaknesses.However,most prostheses made of metal alloys are likely to release metal ions,and the impact of the release of metal ions on the local and whole human body is a considerably noteworthy problem.Therefore,in this paper,starting with the source of metal ions released by hip prosthesis and the factors affecting the release,it reviews the local and systemic effects of the release on human body and its possible short,medium and long-term complications,in a bid to provide comprehensive and effective basis for subsequent treatment and clinical observation.
