摘  要:针对“第十四届全运会”陕西省主场馆所在的浐灞河流域,选用“全运湖”水景观运行流量与持续时长为目标函数,构建流域梯级橡胶坝和水库群水量联合调度模型,采用协同粒子群算法求解“十四运”期间3个阶段水景观运行方案,通过2010-2019年“十四运”同期“全运湖”日尺度模拟运算,判定控制坝提前充水蓄坝历时,对比分析不同情景组合下水景观保障程度,提出满足“全运湖”水景观运行要求的下泄及错时补水方式,为“十四运”水景观科学运行提供技术支撑。The Chan and Ba River Basin is the location of the main venue of“the 14th National Games”,which is held in Shaanxi Province this year,the“National Games Lake”rubber dam was therefore constructed and the water landscape of cascade rubber dams came into being.Here,the water landscape flow rate and operation time were selected as the objective functions to establish the joint regulation model of cascade rubber dams and reservoirs.Then,the coordinated particle swarm optimization algorithm(CPSO)was used to solve the different operation schemes in three stages of“the 14th National Games”.According to the daily scale simulation of the“National Games Lake”of last 10 years,the time in advance of the water filling and storage of the control dam was determined.Finally,the guarantee degrees of different operation schemes were compared and analyzed,and the landscape discharge flow and water replenishing mode at stagger hour was proposed,so as to provide technical support for the scientific operation of the water landscape during the period of“the 14th National Games”.
