摘  要:垃圾焚烧发电被证明是最可行和最有效的废物能源战略。然而Cl作为垃圾废物中普遍的成分,高温下对垃圾焚烧锅炉造成严重的腐蚀。本文分析了几种主要的垃圾焚烧的高温氯腐蚀机理,包括氯离子诱导活性腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和高温熔盐腐蚀;介绍了垃圾焚烧发电的主要高温腐蚀防护措施。重点阐述热喷涂技术在高温腐蚀应用中的研究现状与进展。Waste to energy generation has been proven to be the most feasible and effective waste energy strategy.However,as a common component of waste,Cl causes serious corrosion to the boiler in the process of refuse combustion.Several main high temperature chlorine corrosion mechanisms of waste incineration were analyzed,including chloride ion induced active corrosion,electrochemical corrosion and high temperature molten salt corrosion.The main high temperature corrosion protection measures for waste incineration power generation were introduced.The research status and progress of thermal spraying technology in the application of high temperature corrosion were studied.
