摘  要:硝基还原酶(NTR)是一类依赖黄素单核苷酸或黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸的细胞质酶,可还原芳香族硝基化合物,实现相关药物的激活、解毒和相关环境污染物的生物降解;生命体中NTR含量与细胞缺氧程度直接相关。因此,NTR检测受到广泛关注。为保证NTR较高催化活性,基于工程菌制备NTR,并结合氟硼吡咯研究工作,确定了NTR含量测定方法。Nitroreductase is a kind of cytoplasmic enzyme which depends on flavin mononucleotide or flavin adenine dinucleotide.It can reduce aromatic nitro compounds to their corresponding amino compounds;realize the activation,detoxification of relative drugs and biodegradation of the relevant environmental pollutants.The content of nitroreductase in life is directly related to the degree of cell hypoxia.Therefore,the detection of nitroreductase is paid much more attention.To obtain high catalytic activity of NTR,NTR based on engineering bacteria was prepared.Combined with the research work of BODIPY,the detection method of NTR was determined.
