摘  要:为降低苯磺酰苯胺生产工艺的操作难度,节约生产成本,提高产品收率,提出了一种有机溶剂法合成苯磺酰苯胺的新工艺。以甲苯为溶剂,苯胺既作反应物又做缚酸剂,与苯磺酰氯反应,反应结束后,降温、抽滤得粗品,再经水洗、抽滤、漂洗、烘干,得到含量98%以上的苯磺酰苯胺,该工艺首次收率为72%,甲苯母液套用6次,收率都能达到98%以上。此方法操作简单,收率高,生产成本低,适合大规模生产。In order to reduce the operation difficulty of benzenesulfonylamide production process,save the production cost and improve the product yield,a new process for the synthesis of benzenesulfonylamide by organic solvent method was proposed,using toluene as solvent,aniline as reactant and acid binding agent,reacting with benzenesulfonyl chloride.After the reaction,the crude product was obtained by cooling and filtration,and then washed,filtered,rinsed and dried,the content of benzenesulfonyl aniline was more than 98%.The first yield of this process was 72%,and the yield of toluene mother liquor could reach 98%after six times of application.This method has the advantages of simple operation,high yield and low production cost,and is suitable for large-scale production.
