摘  要:研究了食用香料香兰素的衍生化产物XY201713的体外抗菌活性并进行了细胞毒性评价。选择大肠肝菌(ATCC8739)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)、米曲霉(ATCC10124)、臭曲霉(ATCC14916)4种供试菌,以卡那霉素和氟康唑为阳性对照,分别测试XY201713最低抑菌浓度和抑菌圈直径。采用CCK8法测试其对巨噬细胞RAW264.7的毒性。最终结果显示XY201713对四种供试菌均有一定抑制活性,对巨噬细胞RAW264.7无显著细胞毒性。因此该衍生化产物XY201713具有良好的抗菌开发潜力。To study the antibacterial activity and cytotoxicity of XY201713,a derivative of the edible spice vanillin,in vitro.Escherichia coli(ATCC8739),Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC25923),Aspergillus oryzae(ATCC10124)and Aspergillus stincus(ATCC14916)were selected to test the minimum inhibitory concentration and inhibition zone diameter of XY201713 using kanamycin and fluconazole as positive control.The toxicity of RAW264.7 to macrophages was tested by CCK8 assay.XY201713 had certain inhibitory activity against the four strains tested,but had no significant cytotoxicity to RAW264.7 macrophages.The novel peptide deformylase inhibitor XY201713 had good antibacterial potential.
