摘  要:采用DPPH、ABTS自由基清除法和FRAP测定苗药透骨香各萃取层的自由基清除能力和总抗氧化能力,采用福林酚法和Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaNO_(2)-NaOH显色法分别测定其中多酚和总黄酮含量。结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取层的自由基清除活性和总抗氧化能力最强,其次为二氯甲烷层和正丁醇层,石油醚层和水层的活性较弱。其自由基清除能力和抗氧化活性与各萃取层中的总黄酮和总酚酸含量有关,其中乙酸乙酯萃取层的总黄酮和总酚酸含量最高,其次为正丁醇和二氯甲烷萃取层。本实验为苗药透骨香进一步深度开发、综合利用提供了理论依据。DPPH,ABTS free radical scavenging methods and FRAP were used to determine the free radical scavenging ability and total antioxidant capacity of each extraction fractions of Miao nationality herbal medicines Gaultheria yunnanensis.Folin-Ciocalteau method and Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaNO_(2)-NaOH colorimetric method were used to determine the contents of polyphenols and total flavonoids.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extraction fraction had the strongest free radical scavenging activity and total antioxidant capacity,followed by dichloromethane fraction and n-butanol fraction,and the petroleum ether and water fractions had the weaker activity.The free radical scavenging ability and antioxidant activity were related to the contents of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in each extraction,in which the contents of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in ethyl acetate extraction were the highest,followed by n-butanol and dichloromethane extractions.This experiment provided a theoretical basis for the further development,comprehensive utilization and optimization of the herbal medicine.
