摘 要:活性炭吸附工艺在制药企业废气治理领域得到广泛应用,大多数制药企业的活性炭吸附工艺为废弃法,即定期更换掉吸附饱和的活性炭,该方法费时费力,也存在不及时更换超标的风险。本文介绍了某制药企业原有废弃法活性炭吸附工艺改造成活性炭吸附蒸汽再生工艺的工程案例,从处理效果、运行费用等方面进行了对比,对制药企业废气治理改造具有一定的参考价值。Activated carbon adsorption process is widely used in the field of waste gas treatment of pharmaceutical enterprises.Most of the activated carbon adsorption process of pharmaceutical enterprises is abandoned method,that is,the regular replacement of saturated activated carbon adsorption.This method is time-consuming and laborious,but there is also the risk of not timely replacement leading to exceed the standard.An engineering case that the original activated carbon adsorption process was transformed into activated carbon adsorption steam regeneration process in a pharmaceutical enterprise was introduced,and the treatment effect and running cost were compared,which had certain reference value for the waste gas treatment and transformation of pharmaceutical enterprises.
