摘  要:为响应国家号召,本着降本增效的原则,公司将磷石膏渣场酸性废水替代部分硫酸使用,在磷矿浮选中作pH调整剂。当硫酸:废水=1:7,H_(2)SO_(4)用量为7.36 kg/t,酸性废水用量为0.028 m^(3)/t时,获得含P_(2)O_(5)30.20%、MgO 1.31%的磷精矿,产率与回收率分别达到55.8%和83.8%,与单独使用硫酸时分选效果相近。利用该方案,可为公司降低试剂成本,每年可减少约580万元的硫酸费用,使用酸性废水还可以降低尾矿库库存压力,经济效益与社会效益明显,为其他类似矿山的生产提供新的思路。In order to respond to the national call and in line with the principle of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,part of sulfuric acid with acidic wastewater was replaced from phosphogypsum slag field,which was utilized as pH regulator in the process of flotation of phosphate ore.When sulfuric acid:waste water=1:7 with the amount of H_(2)SO_(4) being 7.36 kg/t,and the amount of acid waste water being 0.028 m^(3)/t,the phosphorus concentrate containing P_(2)O_(5)30.20%and MgO1.31%can be obtained,with the yield and recovery of 55.8%and 83.8%,respectively,which was similar to that when sulfuric acid was used merely.This program can reduce reagent cost that the sulfuric acid cost can be reduced by about RMB 5.8 million yuanper year for the company.Meanwhile,using acid wastewater can also decline the inventory pressure of tailings pond,with obvious economic and social benefits,supplying a profoundthought for the production of other similar mines.
