摘　　要：宁夏工商职业技术学院应用化工技术高水平专业群建设中实施卓越人才培养计划,遴选专业群中专业水平突出、综合素质过硬的学生,组建卓越班进行拔尖人才培养。化工卓越班的班级管理,瞄准宁东能源化工基地现代煤化工产业发展对高技能、高素质人才的需求,同步开展德育教育、专业教育、综合素质教育,将“家国情怀”、“守正创新”、“团队合作”等贯穿于培养过程中,从而为宁东能源基地不断输送高质量的技术技能型人才。In the construction of high-level specialty group of Applied Chemical Technology in Ningxia Institute of Industry and Commerce,the excellent talents training program was carried out,and students with outstanding specialty level and excellent comprehensive quality were selected to set up excellent class to cultivate top-notch talents.The class management of excellent classes in chemical industry aimed to meet the needs of the development of modern coal chemical industry in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base for high-skilled and high-quality talents,and simultaneously carried out moral education,professional education and comprehensive liberal education,“National Feelings”,“keep innovation”,“team cooperation”throughout the training process,so asto send high-quality technical talentsto Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base.
