摘　　要：【目的】探讨心脉隆注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果及对血清脑钠肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清肌钙蛋白(cTnⅠ)和心率变异性的影响。【方法】纳入我院收治的CHF患者共138例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各69例。对照组给予环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用心脉隆注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果,记录治疗前后BNP、CRP、cTnⅠ及心率变异性变化。【结果】观察组总有效率(94.20%)高于对照组(82.61%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的cTnⅠ、BNP、CRP水平均低于对照组,而SDANN、SDNN、RMSSD高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】心脉隆注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗CHF效果理想,可有效调节cTnⅠ、BNP、CRP及心率变异性水平,可在临床推广运用。【Objective】To investigate the effect of Xinmailong injection combined with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate on chronic heart failure(CHF)and its effects on serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)and heart rate variability.【Methods】The 138 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate,and the observation group was treated with Xinmailong injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of BNP,CRP,cTnⅠand heart rate variability before and after treatment were recorded.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group(94.20%)was higher than that of the control group(82.61%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of cTnⅠ,BNP and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while SDANN,SDNN and RMSSD were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Xinmailong injection combined with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate has ideal effect in the treatment of CHF.It can effectively adjust the levels of cTnⅠ,BNP,CRP and heart rate variability,and can be popularized in clinic.
