探讨院前急救护理干预对高血压脑出血患者预后的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨院前急救护理干预对高血压脑出血患者预后的影响。【方法】选取2018年10月至2019年10月实施院前急救护理干预前收治的42例患者为对照组;选取2019年11月至2020年11月实施院前急救护理干预后收治的42例患者为观察组。比较两组急救反应时间、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。【结果】观察组到达急诊科时间为(21.47±5.12)min、急诊初步治疗时间为(15.61±3.65)min、送至专科时间为(16.87±3.08)min,均短于对照组[(26.38±6.59)min、(18.56±4.64)min、(19.59±3.82)min](P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为9.52%,低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。【结论】院前急救护理干预可有效缩短高血压脑出血患者的急救反应时间,能够提高救治效果,降低并发症发生率,利于预后。【Objective】To explore the effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.【Methods】42 patients who were admitted before the implementation of pre-hospital emergency care intervention from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the control group;42 patients who were admitted after the implementation of pre-hospital emergency care intervention from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the observation group.The emergency response time,treatment effect and complications of the two groups were compared.【Results】The observation group's time to the emergency department was(21.47±5.12)min,the initial treatment time to the Emergency Department was(15.61±3.65)min,and the time to the specialist was(16.87±3.08)min,which were shorter than those in the control group[(26.38±6.59)min,(18.56±4.64)min,(19.59±3.82)min](P<0.05);The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.48%,higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.52%,lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention can effectively shorten the emergency response time of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications and facilitate the prognosis.
