摘　　要：【目的】探讨腰椎管狭窄症椎间孔镜术后医用胶原蛋白海绵的应用效果及前馈控制护理体会。【方法】选择在我院接受椎间孔镜术的90例腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象。依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各45例。对照组选择传统方式止血,研究组选择医用胶原蛋白海绵止血,且两组患者均接受前馈控制护理。护理6个月后,比较分析两组术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量、日常生活能力(ADL)评分及疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分。【结果】研究组术中出血量、术后引流量明显低于对照组,手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);手术前,两组ADL评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后30 d及术后6个月,研究组ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);手术前及术后6个月,两组VAS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后30 d,研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】腰椎管狭窄症椎间孔镜术后使用医用胶原蛋白海绵可减少术中出血量、术后引流量,缩短手术时间,同时还能改善ADL评分及VAS评分。【Objective】To explore the application effect of medical collagen sponge and the experience of feedforward control nursing for lumbar spinal stenosis after intervertebral foraminal endoscope.【Methods】Ninety patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who underwent intervertebral foraminal surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group chose the traditional way to stop bleeding,the study group chose the medical collagen sponge to stop bleeding,and both groups received feedforward control care.After 6 months of nursing,the intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative drainage,ability of daily living(ADL)score and visual analog scale(VAS)score were compared and analyzed between the two groups.【Results】The blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before the operation,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of ADL scores(P>0.05);30 days after operation and 6 months after operation,the ADL score of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before and 6 months after the operation,there were no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);30 days after operation,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The use of medical collagen sponge for lumbar spinal stenosis after intervertebral foraminal surgery can reduce intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,shorten the operation time,and at the same time improve the ADL score and VAS score.
