护理指导下的步行康复锻炼对显微内窥镜椎间盘切除术后患者腰椎功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨护理指导下的步行康复锻炼对显微内窥镜椎间盘切除术后患者腰椎功能及生活质量的影响。【方法】选取我院收治的84例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组患者给予常规疾病健康指导,观察组在对照组的基础上进行护理指导下的步行康复锻炼,共干预3个月。应用健康调查简易问卷(SF-36)及Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)对患者的生活质量及腰椎功能进行评估。【结果】干预后3个月后,观察组ODI评分明显低于对照组,且中重度功能不全患者比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在躯体功能、躯体角色、躯体疼痛、总的健康状况、活力、社会功能、情绪角色和心理卫生方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】护理指导下的步行康复锻炼可有效改善显微内窥镜椎间盘切除术后患者腰椎功能及生活质量。【Objective】To investigate the effect of walking rehabilitation exercise under nursing guidance on lumbar function and quality of life of patients after microendoscopic discectomy.【Methods】A total of 84 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to a random number table,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given health guidance for routine diseases.On the basis of the control group,the observation group carried out walking rehabilitation exercise under nursing guidance for a total of 3 months of intervention.The the MOS?36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and Oswestry Dability Index(ODI)scale were used to evaluate the patient's quality of life and lumbar function.【Results】Three months after the intervention,the ODI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the proportion of patients with moderate and severe dysfunction was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of physical function,physical role,physical pain,general health status,vitality,social function,emotional role and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Walking rehabilitation exercise under nursing guidance can effectively improve the lumbar function and quality of life of patients after microendoscopic discectomy.
