摘  要:【目的】探讨COX健康行为互动在门诊采血患者中的干预效果。【方法】选择于我院门诊进行采血的136患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各68例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取COX健康行为互动进行干预,两组均观察至患者采血后。对比两组采血依从性、护理满意度及护患纠纷发生率。【结果】观察组采血依从性优于对照组,护理满意度(94.12%)高于对照组(82.35%),护患纠纷发生率(4.41%)低于对照组(14.71%)(P<0.05)。【结论】COX健康行为互动能够提升门诊患者采血依从性,促使其做好采血前准备,进而减少护患纠纷的发生,提升护理满意度。【Objective】To explore the effect of COX healthy behavior interaction in outpatient blood sampling.【Methods】The 136 patients with blood collection in the outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received COX health behavior interaction for intervention.Both groups were observed after blood collection.The blood collection compliance,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nurse patient disputes were compared between the two groups.【Results】The blood collection compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(82.35%),and the incidence of nurse patient disputes(4.41%)was lower than that of the control group(14.71%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】COX health behavior interaction can improve the blood collection compliance of outpatients,promote them to make preparations before blood collection,reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes and improve nursing satisfaction.
