摘 要:患者分类系统软件是医院门诊部医护人力资源配置的基础。医疗人力资源管理是指能够适应社会发展要求,推动医疗、护理工作进步,具备智商和体力劳动能力的医务人员总数。在考核临床医学具体工作职责的基础上,根据医护劳务量和自身医疗条件,调配护理人员,实行分级管理,体现电子能级匹配。本研究主要探究产科病房患者分类及在护理人力配置中的应用,旨在为临床产科具体护理工作的实施提供理论参考。The patient classification system software is the basis for the allocation of medical and nursing human resources in the outpatient department of the hospital.Medical human resource management refers to the total number of medical personnel who can adapt to the requirements of social development,promote the progress of medical and nursing work,and have IQ and physical labor ability.On the basis of assessing the specific work responsibilities of clinical medicine,according to the amount of medical and nursing labor and their own medical conditions,nurses will be deployed,and hierarchical management will be implemented to reflect electronic energy level matching.This article mainly explores the classification of patients in obstetric wards and its application in nursing manpower allocation,aiming to provide theoretical references for the implementation of specific nursing work in clinical obstetrics.
