摘 要:为了提高银叶金合欢组培过程中的增殖系数,以银叶金合欢继代组培苗为试验材料,利用响应面法对银叶金合欢增殖试验进行优化。在添加不同激素浓度6-BA、IBA、GA_(3)组合的单因素的试验基础上,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合试验设计原理,以6-BA、IBA、GA_(3)为自变量,以增殖系数为响应值,进行3因素3水平的试验设计。结果表明:3因素对增殖系数的影响力大小为6-BA>GA_(3)>IBA,最终得到的二元回归方程显示,银叶金合欢增殖条件的优化结果如下:6-BA 2.00 mg/L+IBA 0.39 mg/L+GA_(3)0.21 mg/L,最佳增殖系数预测值为3.75,获得增殖系数实际平均值为3.73,与预测值相一致。In order to improve the proliferation coefficient of Acacia podalyriifolia platyphylla during tissue culture,the tissue culture seedlings of Acacia podalyriifolia platyphylla as the test material were used to optimize the proliferation test of Acacia podalyriifolia platyphylla by response surface method.Methods Based on the single factor test with different hormone concentrations of 6-BA,IBA,and GA_(3),according to the design principle of Box-Behnken's central combination test,6-BA,IBA,and GA_(3) were used as independent variables,and the proliferation coefficient was used as the response.Value,perform a 3 factor 3 level test design.The results show that the influence of the three factors on the proliferation coefficient is 6-BA>GA_(3)>IBA.The final binary regression equation shows that the optimization results of Acacia podalyriifolia proliferation conditions are as follows:6-BA 2.00mg.L+IBA 0.39mg.L+GA_(3)0.21 mg.L,the optimal proliferation factor predicted value was 3.75,and the actual average value of the obtained proliferation factor was 3.73,which was consistent with the predicted value.
