舒适护理在儿童电子胃镜下食管异物取出术围术期的应用及家长满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在儿童电子胃镜下食管异物取出术围术期的应用及家长满意度的影响。方法方便选取2018年6月—2019年6月该医院收治并行电子胃镜下食管异物取出术的患儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。常规护理组接受常规护理,舒适护理组在常规护理的基础上进行舒适护理。比较两组患儿一次性顺利完成取出率、手术操作时间、并发症发生情况、生命质量及家长满意度。结果所有患儿均安全度过围术期,顺利取出异物,无死亡病例;两组患儿一次性顺利完成取出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000);舒适护理组患儿食管异物取出术操作时间为(10.62±1.83)min,较常规护理组(12.58±3.22)min明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=3.347,P=0.001);舒适护理组并发症发生率为5.00%,少于常规护理组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(t=4.114,P=0.043);舒适护理组生命质量各项评分均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家长满意度比较,舒适护理组为95.00%,高于常规护理组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.658,P=0.003)。结论在电子胃镜下食管异物取出术中,舒适护理可有效缩短手术操作时间,降低并发症发生率,加快患儿康复进程,提高患儿生命质量及家长满意度。Objective To explore the application of comfort care in children's perioperative period of esophageal foreign body removal under electronic gastroscopy and the influence of parents'satisfaction.Methods A total of 80 children with esophageal foreign body removal under electronic gastroscopy were conveniently selected from June 2018 to June 2019,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The routine care group received routine care,and the comfort care group performed comfort care on the basis of routine care.Compared the two groups of children with one-time successful removal rate,operation time,complications,quality of life and parent satisfaction.Results All the children passed the perioperative period safely,and the foreign body was successfully removed without death.There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of successful removal at one time between the two groups of children(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000);the removal of esophageal foreign body of the children in the comfort care group of the operation time was(10.62±1.83)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the conventional care group(12.58±3.22)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.347,P=0.001);the complication rate of the comfort care group was 5.00%,which was less than that of the convent ional care group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.114,P=0.043);the quality of life scores in the comfort care group were higher than those in the conventional care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of parent satisfaction,comfort care group was 95.00%,higher than 70.00%of conventional care group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.658,P=0.003).Conclusion In the removal of foreign bodies in the esophagus under electronic gastroscopy,comfortable nursing can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications,speed up the rehabilitation process of children,and improve the quality of life of
