摘  要:目的:对比基于心电图R波法提取的脉搏波传导时间(pulse wave transit time,PWTT)与基于非接触式生物雷达法提取的PWTT是否具有一致性,以验证生物雷达法在生理参数检测方面应用的可行性。方法:首先进行硬件平台搭建并进行同步性测试,其次采用心电图R波法与生物雷达法分别获得人体心跳信号,然后采用小波变换对心电图信号中的R波、生物雷达信号中的波峰值和指尖脉搏信号的峰值进行提取,再通过指尖脉搏信号峰值计算各自的PWTT,最后采用Bland-Altman一致性分析验证2种方法的一致性。结果:2种方法获得的PWTT具有较高的一致性。结论:生物雷达法具有非接触的优势,在特定情况下可以替代心电图R波法来获得PWTT等生理参数。Objective To verify the feasibility of the bio-radar for detecting physiological parameters by determining its consistency with ECG R-wave method when used for measuring the pulse wave transit time(PWTT).Methods The hardware platform was built and tested for synchronization firstly,and human heartbeat signals were obtained respectively with the R-wave method and bio-radar,then the wavelet transform was used to extract the R-wave in the ECG signal,and the wave peak in the bio-radar signal and the peak of the fingertip pulse signal,and the respective PWTT was calculated from the peak of the fingertip pulse signal,finally the consistency between the two methods was verified with Bland-Altman analysis.Results It's shown that there was a high consistency between the PWTT results by the R-wave method and bio-radar.Conclusion Bio-radar gains advantages in non-contact detection,and can be used for detecting physiological parameters such as PWTT in specific circumstances.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(12):12-16]
