低温强制休眠时间对盆栽灵武长枣萌芽率的影响研究

摘　　要：利用保鲜冷库和日光温室等设施,开展了低温强制休眠不同时间对盆栽灵武长枣萌芽率影响的研究。结果表明:随着冷库低温强制休眠时间的延长,盆栽灵武长枣萌芽率逐渐增高。低温强制休眠65 d时长枣萌芽率较高,之后继续延长休眠时间不能明显增加长枣萌芽率;低温强制休眠65 d、75 d长枣萌发率稍低于自然休眠处理。据此,在灵武长枣的生产中可以推广利用冷库低温强制休眠处理,以打破自然休眠的时间限制,实现灵武长枣鲜果周年生产。The fresh storage and solar greenhouse were used to study the influence of forced dormancy induced by low temperature on potted"Lingwuchangzao".The results showed that with the extension of forced dormancy time of the cold storage,the germination rate of potted"Lingwuchangzao"gradually increased,and it was higher when the forced dormancy was for 65 d.After that,the extension of the forced dormancy couldn't significantly increase the germination rate.The germination rate under the treatment of forced dormancy at low temperature for 65 d and 75 d was slightly lower than that in natural dormancy.Therefore,the cold storage can be used in the production of"Lingwuchangzao"to break the limit of natural dormancy and realize the annual production of fresh fruits.
