摘  要:目的:探讨不同运动方式对中年女性体质健康的影响,为指导中年女性运动健身,改善其体质健康提供科学依据。方法:选取45~59年龄段的342名中年女性上年度在三甲医院的医学体检数据,按运动方式把研究对象分为瑜伽组、广场舞组、慢跑组、散步和不运动组,分析身体形态、运动素质及心肺系统机能等相关指标的变化。结果:与不运动组比较,运动组体成分均有下降趋势,广场舞组效果最显著(P<0.05);场舞、慢跑、瑜伽组运动素质有统计学差异,广场舞、慢跑组较好(P<0.05),广场舞、慢跑、瑜伽组心肺系统机能优于散步和不运动组。结论:广场舞和慢跑对中年女性体质健康具有良好的促进作用,尤其是在身体形态、身体素质等方面具有明显的改善作用,从而进一步论证了长时间、中小强度的有氧运动对中年妇女是较为有效的运动方式。Objective:To explore the effects of different exercise methods on the physical health of middle-aged women,so as to provide scientific basis for guiding middle-aged women's exercise and fitness and improving their physical health.Methods:The physical examination data of 342 middle-aged women(45-59 age group)in a first class hospital in the last year were selected.The subjects were divided into yoga group,square dancing group,jogging group,walking group and non-exercise group according to exercise mode.The changes of body shape,exercise quality and cardiopulmonary system function were analyzed.Results:Compared with the non exercise group,the body composition of the exercise group decreased,and the effect of square dance group was the most significant(P<0.05);There were significant differences in exercise quality among field dance,jogging and yoga groups.Square dance and jogging groups were better(P<0.05).The function of cardiopulmonary system in square dance,jogging and yoga groups was better than that in walking and non exercise groups.Conclusions:Square dancing and jogging have a good promotion effect on the physical health of middle-aged women,especially in the body shape,physical quality and other aspects have a significant improvement,which further proves that long-term,medium and small intensity aerobic exercise may be a more effective way of exercise for middle-aged women.
