摘  要:摔跤运动作为我国奥运赛场的主要夺金点,需要相关团队做好竞技体育重点项目训练工作。近年来国际摔跤比赛规则发生了改变,为了适应当前的比赛规则,摔跤训练需要作出适当调整,对体能训练模式作出创新与改变,使体能训练方式与女子摔跤的特点更加适应,全面提高女子摔跤运动员的体能。该文主要分析新规则对女子摔跤体能训练产生的影响,根据新规则对女子摔跤运动员提出的全新要求,为体能训练模式的优化提出建议。As the main gold medal winning point of China's Olympic Games,wrestling needs relevant teams to do a good job in the training of key competitive sports.In recent years,the rules of international wrestling competition have changed.In order to adapt to the current competition rules,wrestling training needs to make appropriate adjustments,innovate and change the physical training mode,make the physical training mode more adapt to the characteristics of women's wrestling,and comprehensively improve the physical fitness of women's wrestlers.This paper mainly analyzes the impact of the new rules on women's wrestling physical training,and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of physical training mode according to the new requirements of the new rules for women's wrestlers.
