摘 要:该文从轻功运动相关主要器官部件的构造、作用及生物机理的分析入手,阐释轻功运动器官在轻功训练过程中的可塑性,论证轻功运动在训练实践中的可行性与有效性,以及中医药对轻功训练的辅助作用。研究认为,应将轻功发展为体育竞赛项目,制订轻功标准技术体系,并导入市场运作机制,形成轻功产业,出台相关产业政策,扶持轻功产业的发展,以求提高国民素质和促进经济发展。Beginning with the analysis of the structure,function and biological mechanism of the main organ components related to Qinggong,this paper explains the plasticity of the Qinggong organs in Qinggong skill training process,demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the Qinggong skill movement in the training practice,and the auxiliary effect of traditional Chinese medicine on Qinggong skill training.It is proposed to develop Qinggong into a sports competition project,formulate Qinggong standard technology system,and introduce market operation mechanism to form Qinggong industry,and introduce relevant industrial policies to support the development of Qinggong industry in order to improve national quality and promote economic development.
