体育意识培养下的大学生体育教育模式创新研究

摘　　要：为了提高大学生身体综合素质,基于体育意识培养,该文开展了大学生体育教育模式创新的研究。该文通过分析大学生认知现状及原因,认为应从增强个人身体素质、掌握体育运动项目的基础技巧、培养新生代大学生体育意识、使学生成为体育文化传递载体4个方面,通过明确大学生体育教育目标、创新大学生体育教学指导行为、引入体育活动创新体育教育手段等方式,实现教学模式创新。In order to improve the overall physical fitness of college students,based on the cultivation of sports awareness,this paper carries out the research on the innovation of college students'sports education model.By analyzing the current situation and causes of college students'cognition,this paper believes that:We should strengthen personal physical quality,master the basic skills of sports,cultivate the sports consciousness of the new generation of college students and make students become the carrier of sports culture.We should realize the innovation of teaching mode by clarifying the objectives of college students'sports education,innovating college students'sports teaching guidance behavior,introducing sports activities and innovating sports education means.
