摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,探究新时代中国女排的精神内涵、价值及启示。研究认为,新时代中国女排精神呈现出爱国情怀、团结协作、顽强拼搏、永不言败的内涵。结合新时代特点,女排精神的价值为:弘扬中国体育精神,推进体育强国战略实施;弘扬民族精神,推进践行中华民族伟大复兴中国梦;弘扬中华优秀文化,践行社会主义核心价值观。同时,研究认为女排精神对于我国竞技体育的发展具有重要的启示意义。This paper uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to explore the spiritual connotation,value and enlightenment of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team in the new era.The research believes that the spirit of the Chinese Women's Volleyball Team in the new era presents the connotation of patriotism,unity and cooperation,tenacious struggle,and never give up.Combined with the characteristics of the new era,it is considered that The value of women's volleyball spirit is to carry forward Chinese sports spirit and promote the implementation of sports power strategy;promote the spirit of the Chinese nation and promote the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation;to promote fine Chinese culture and practice core socialist values.At the same time,it holds that the spirit of women's volleyball is of great inspiration to the development of competitive sports in China.
