摘 要:目的探讨基于视频工具的渐进性功能训练对踝关节骨折患者术后功能恢复、疼痛及睡眠时间的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月医院收治的80例踝关节骨折患者,按照双色球法结合组间匹配的原则分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组术后实施常规疼痛护理及训练,观察组在其基础上实施基于视频工具的渐进性功能训练。比较两组术后疼痛、睡眠及踝关节功能恢复情况的差异。结果两组术后7 d、1个月、3个月VAS评分均低于术后1 d,且各时点观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月、3个月睡眠时间均较对照组更长,且住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月踝关节主动跖屈及背伸角度均大于对照组,Barid踝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于视频工具的渐进性功能训练可有效缓解踝关节骨折患者术后疼痛,改善其睡眠质量的同时促进踝关节功能恢复,切实可行。Objective To explore the effect of progressive functional training based on video tools on postoperative functional recovery,pain and sleep time of patients with ankle fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with ankle fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)according to the principle of two-color ball method combined with matching between groups.The control group received routine pain care and training after the operation,and the observation group implemented progressive functional training based on video tools.The diff erences in postoperative pain,sleep and ankle function recovery between the two groups were compared.Results The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group at 7 days,1 month,and 3 months after operation,and the observation group was lower than the control group at each time point(P<0.05).The observation group's sleep time was longer than that of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after the operation,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The active ankle fl exion and dorsifl exion angles of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 months postoperatively,and the Barid ankle function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the progressive functional training based on video tools can eff ectively relieve postoperative pain of patients with ankle joint fractures,improve their sleep quality and promote the recovery of ankle joint function,which is feasible.
