循证护理在宫颈癌放射性直肠炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在宫颈癌放射性直肠炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择医院2018年10月—2020年10月接收的宫颈癌放疗结束6个月后出现放射性直肠炎患者90例为研究对象,按照组间基线资料匹配的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用循证护理。比较两组患者治疗效果、护理满意度、里急后重症状改善时间、血便症状改善时间。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组里急后重症状改善时间、血便症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于宫颈癌放射性直肠炎患者中,可有效提升治疗效果,改善患者各项症状,利于疾病康复,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the application eff ect of evidence-based nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiation proctitis.Methods To select 90 patients with radiation proctitis who received cervical cancer from October 2018 to October 2020 and developed radiation proctitis 6 months after the end of radiotherapy.According to the principle of matching baseline data between the groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,and the observation group used evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group to compare and observe the treatment eff ect,nursing satisfaction,time to improve the symptoms of tenesmus,and time to improve bloody stool symptoms in the two groups.Results The treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of acute and severe symptoms in the observation group and the improvement time of bloody stool symptoms were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing applied to patients with cervical cancer radiation proctitis can eff ectively enhance the treatment eff ect,improve the symptoms of the patients,help the recovery of the disease,and improve the quality of life.
