摘 要:从创新投入、创新产出和创新环境3个维度构建创新能力评价指标体系,运用灰色关联度法对2011—2019年中部六省规模以上工业企业创新能力进行评价和演变分析.结果表明:中部六省规模以上工业企业创新能力发展不均衡,两极分化较为严重;创新资源无法充分利用,创新环境较差;创新能力排名内部波动较大.据此,提出构建协同创新联盟、建立投入产出管理制度、优化创新环境、加强政府宏观调控等建议.Industrial enterprises above designated scale are the main driving force of regional economic growth,so it is of great practical significance to improve their innovation ability.The innovation capability evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions of innovation input,innovation output and innovation environment.The grey relational degree method is used to evaluate and analyze the innovation capability of industrial enterprises above designated scale in six provinces of central China from 2011 to 2019.The results show that the development of innovation ability of industrial enterprises above designated scale in six provinces of central China is unbalanced and the polarization is serious.The innovation resources can not be fully utilized,and the innovation environment is poor.The ranking of innovation ability fluctuates greatly internally.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward,such as constructing collaborative innovation alliance,establishing input-output management system,optimizing innovation environment and strengthening government macro-control.
