摘 要:飞行器上常用的姿态稳定控制发动机,其工作时产生的羽流会在真空中发生膨胀,对发动机周围的构件产生力热作用,造成飞行器结构损坏、飞行器飞行弹道改变,导致飞行失败或影响落点精度。为了解决羽流对某些种类飞行器造成的不利影响,针对羽流流场特性开展了DSMC数值仿真和地面试验研究,给出了羽流影响的系统级预示和修正方法,并对预示结果的精度进行了评估。The plume generated by the attitude stabilization control engine,which is commonly used in vehicle,will expand in vacuum and exert force and heat on the members around the engine,resulting in structural damage and flight trajectory change of the vehicle and leading to flight failure or the accuracy of the impact point to be out of tolerance.In order to solve the adverse effects of plume on some types of vehicle,DSMC numerical simulation and ground test research are carried out for the characteristics of plume flow field,the system-level prediction and correction methods of plume effects are given and the accuracy of the prediction results is evaluated.
