摘 要:为了优化综合保障车的配置,分析了机动作战保障需求和参数指标体系,运用多层次模糊综合评价法构建了机动作战保障能力评估模型,运用层次分析法确定了各层评估指标的权重,并综合某陆基武器系统装备的特点和情况,基于模型输入相关分析数据,进行了评价验证。评估模型和方法可以为全寿命周期中武器系统装备设计方案及指标的优化改进、体系规模结构的优化取舍、装备使用保障的优化决策等工作提供重要分析依据,进而支持综合保障车的研制、升级和完善。In order to optimize the configuration of the integrated support vehicle,the mobile warfare support requirements and parameter index system are analyzed,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build the mobile warfare support capability evaluation model,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and comprehensive characteristics and situation of a ground-based weapon system equipment,based on the model input data correlation analysis,is evaluated.The model and method can provide important analysis basis for the optimization and improvement of weapon system equipment design scheme and index,the optimization choice of system scale structure and the optimization decision of equipment service support in the whole life cycle,and then support the development,upgrading and improvement of the integrated support vehicle.
